Beautiful Oregon Sunset

Years ago my family owned a house in Gearhart. My grandfather sold it in 1962 or so for less then $10,000. This house recently sold for over $500,000. We still have a connection to Gearhart but that house built by my great, great grandfather is a very sore point in our families history and all because of a plate.
